Our dedicated staff

Our qualified staff create a friendly and warm environment ensuring every individual child’s needs are met. Creating positive relationships through play and enhanced learning, our wonderful staff are key to the success of Southover Preschool.

With positive leadership from our experienced nursery manager, our staff team is committed to creating a healthy, happy environment for all our children. It is important to remember that a happy and secure childhood is the most valuable thing that we can give to our children. It will determine to a large extent the outcomes for their adult lives.

We select our staff for their experience, dedication and enthusiasm for working with young children. Many of our staff are well-qualified, early years professionals, while others are in the early stages of their careers, working towards childcare qualifications. We invest in regular training courses to keep all staff informed and up to date. This means that they work to the highest professional standards, bringing new ideas based on the latest thinking back to the nursery and giving your child the best possible care and education.
