Our qualified staff create a friendly and warm environment ensuring every individual child’s need is met. Creating positive relationships through play and enhanced learning our wonderful staff are key to the success of Southover Preschool.
With positive leadership by our experienced nursery manager, our staff team is committed to creating a healthy, happy environment for all our children. It is well to remember that a happy and secure childhood is the most valuable thing that we can give to our children. It will determine to a large extent the outcomes for our adult lives.
We select our staff for their experience, dedication and enthusiasm for working with young children. Many of our staff are well-qualified, early years’ professionals, while others are in the early stages of their careers, working towards childcare qualifications. We invest in regular training courses to keep all staff informed and up to date. This means that they work to the highest professional standards, bringing new ideas based on the latest thinking back to the nursery, and giving your child the best possible care and education.
