Welcome to the start of your child’s Southover journey

Choosing the right preschool is a magical moment for any family, and at Southover Preschool, we make the admissions experience as warm and welcoming as the adventures your child will enjoy on our 2 acres of lush greenery, private gardens, and enchanting nature trails.

Whether splashing in puddles after the rain, spotting birds in the trees, or collecting autumn leaves for art class — every day at Southover is filled with learning, laughter and a whole lot of nature.

All of this happens alongside our healthy snack times, where children enjoy fresh fruit, crackers and more during morning and afternoon sessions.

We also have an in-house chef preparing warm, nutritious meals every day — perfect after a morning of running across the meadow or exploring our woodland trails.

Government Funding Explained

All children aged 3 and 4 in the UK are eligible for 15 hours of government-funded nursery education per week, for 38 weeks of the year.
Funding begins from the term after your child’s third birthday.
Availability of funded spaces may vary each term depending on demand.
